DESIGN
The Adelaine Team interprets clients project needs and wants list into a buildable structure by assisting architects with value engineering all aspects of the design. Brining in our team on the forefront of the design process insures a smoother transition from ideas on paper to framing and finish. From the initial property walk through to final details of fit and finish we can guide you through the process making your project individualized for your lifestyle.
BUILD
Our new construction custom homes allow clients maximum personalization. Our wide knowledge base from building many home styles, from cottage to craftsman to traditional, gives the Adelaine an advantage above others. We thrive on creating a unique home for each client but our standards of construction are always the same; quality craftsmanship and detailed coordination.
We take the time to follow our tried and true construction processes protecting our client’s investment and offering a superior end product. Being efficient is paramount for our team but speed building is not our style as it results in rushed methods and lower quality.
REMODEL
The Adelaine Team specializes in taking on complex remodeling projects; seamlessly blending original 100+ year old historic homes with today’s modern style and conveniences. Maintaining and improving the structure of and older home while adding new elements takes years of experience and real ingenuity to do correctly. Renovating inevitably has surprises and hidden hurdles but skillfully navigating them is our forte.
Some of our less extensive projects include kitchen and bath remodels, deck resurfacing, lower level finish, porch additions and screen room enclosures.
